Companies exist to solve problems. 10factoy’s creation immediately solved a problem for us [the founders]. We created a company that operated against traditional norms. Something to provide us cognitive and creative freedom.

We want to rid the idea of top-down planning. Our focus is on tinkering and recognizing opportunities when they present themselves. Rapid iteration is the process we live by. We slice through the bullshit and build real prototypes instead of waffling on about it in pointless meetings. Hell yeah!

We are a factory that produces 1’s and 0’s. 1 and 0 are the two numbers used in binary code. 10 also happens to be the perfect score given by judges. It’s the desired score we want users to perceive our products. We are a factory that produces 1’s and 0’s. 1 and 0 are the two numbers used in binary code. 10 also happens to be the perfect score given by judges. Idea Generation

10factory is in the idea generation business. If you are in the idea generation business, you don’t work hard, you think intensely.

It’s a reason we love the nonlinear results software provides. Compare someone that owns a brick and mortar business such as a restaurant. The restaurant only does as well as it’s occupancy.

With software, you can get the same result whether you produce 1 or 1000 products. Additionally, as long as you have an internet connection, you can work from your bathtub or at the beach.

We use leverage as a replacement for work by having machines and lines of code do that for us. The goal is solving problems that are scalable, automatable, and enjoyable.

Anti-Resume

In the past, we built apps for different size companies across various industries. We have been a part of launching successes as well as failures.

Our past experiences didn’t lead to 10factory’s creation. 10factory’s inception put a focus on undertaking what we haven’t done or failed to do. This is known as an “anti-resume”. We have yet to launch internal products that “exited” or solved world-changing problems.

Capturing Cognitive and Creative Freedom

Having a passion to learn and grow is the key ingredient in capturing cognitive and creative freedom. We want to inspire those looking to unglue themselves from desks and organizational structures.

Start leveraging your thoughts, work remotely, sleep as long as needed, build things, on your own time, with your friends, in your own way. If all fails, put it on your anti-resume which is more impressive!
